To form verbs in simple present follow these guidelines:
* Add an "s" to the infinitive verb when it corresponds with the pronouns he, she, it, a man, a woman, or a thing.

Maria runs every day. My mother rakes leaves.
It sings beautifully.
* Use the infinitive verb for all other cases.
Ex: We like ice-cream.
